Frank Stevens is a senior consultant, chartered accountant and trainer who focuses on service management, project management and IT governance. As consultant and chartered accountant, he implemented projects in Belgium, the Netherlands and Great Britain. He teaches at various organizations in Europe, Asia, USA and Canada, and is a guest lecturer for the PHD program at the University of Antwerp Management School (UAMS).
