Why should you consider this seminar?
Most project managers don't have one project team they can take from one project to the next. In general, the project team consists in a different mix of staff members, experts and externals each time and project that have not worked together before in this very particular constellation. Team building and leading, therefore, is a new task and challenge with every new project.
