Why should you consider this seminar? Project management theory describes risks as a possible deviation of a positive or negative kind from the plan. It is important to recognize these possible deviations as project risks, to analyze them and plan responses for them. A simultaneous, consequent issue management helps to solve issues before they turn into a risk for the project. Last but not least, knowledge management is the icing on the risk management cake. By making lessons learned, project documents and other relevant information available in a structured way across all projects and departments, the organization will benefit from less mistakes being repeated each project.
This seminar focuses on the interaction between risk, opportunity, issue, change and knowledge management and how to optimize their synergy.
Our methods amontis utilizes Accelerated Learning Techniques for their seminars. These lead to especially effective learning. We keep the groups small to ensure good interaction between trainer and participants.
