Important decisions in investments and projects require a solid profitability analysis. Most management decisions are based on a business case these days.

Amongst others, business cases utilize microeconomic instruments such as the cost benefit analysis, cash flow calculations and financial key indicators as well as risk analysis and methods of estimating intangible factors.

The aim of seminar is to provide the participants with  useful microeconomic models, tools and foundations as well as practical methods and tools to make good, conscious decisions and to be able to justify and present them to senior management.
