We offer a range of project management topics as open seminars. These are generally held in German and run on fixed dates. The schedule for 2012 can be found here (in German).
Contents of these seminars are applicable to all types of organizations, industries and branches. We keep the groups relatively small to be able to facilitate the interaction between the trainer and the participants.
If there is the request for an open seminar to be held in English, this can be organized provided that ALL enrolled participants agree to and are comfortable with English as the teaching language. All of our seminars can be booked as an individual / one-on-one coaching in English. Content and exercises will be adapted to your specific need. If you have urgent / important questions and problems in regards to the seminar's topic, these can be integrated and covered as part of the coaching. Individual coachings are best for people who like or require fast, flexible and intensive learning.

Trainings
