The facts

Why should you consider this seminar?
Projects are a great way of translating strategies and changes into actions as well as delivering services. At the same time, many projects derail from their plans and miss their goals. There are many reasons why this continues to happen - and all of them are in some way related to project management.

The purpose of this seminar is to learn how to clearly define a project and break it into smaller, manageable units that can be planed, executed, monitored and controlled in terms of scope, schedule, costs, quality, human resources, communication, risks and procurements.
