Payment

The attendance fee plus VAT is due immediately after receiving the payment invoice.

Cancellations

We charge an administration fee of €50 plus VAT for cancellations until four weeks before the start of the seminar.

For cancellations up to one week before the start of the seminar, we reimburse 50% of the attendance fee. Later cancellations incur full payment of the attendance fee.

Cancellations have to be made in writing. It is possible at any time to change the seminar enrollment to a different name, e.g. a replacement participant, free of charge.

Cancellations through the event organizer or trainer will be reimbursed in full.

All further claims are denied.

Discounts and price reductions

Accumulations of discounts and/or price reductions are capped at a rate of 25%.
